nice one, ive been doing the one that is at the top of this forum, im on week 8 now ,doing the tabs with trainers though, its working well got a 2milers with 45lb later, found the tabs ok been doing them in 10.30 min per mile. cant wait to see the new one

yeah alfa that is right, i cant remember his ages, but he wasnt allowed to go on tours so left then join the paras and passed. not sure if he wears his dagger now but he definitaly passed both

no he was in the marines, but they wouldnt let him go on tour because of this age so he left so when he was in civi street he got bored and joined the paras ,
