Any last minute recommendations of the "gob shut", "ears open" etc. variety would be most appreciated! :D

when i did it all of us bar one got recommended at risk, the other got not recommended; we were told full recommendation doesn't happen often

the only occassion I timed it I got 9.12 at an army fitness assessment at an army base in Chepstow, hope to get sub 9minutes at RSC

Apparently ammo tech is good for quick promotion, you're a lance corporal straight out of phase 2 training for one.
