i've never been a music man to be honest, especially when im running i much prefer to be aware of the sounds around me mostly becuse I do alot of road running and cross a few busy roads.... which wouldn't be pretty if i didn't hear the car speeding towards me lol

theres one thing both sites have in common, they are both used by the ill informed and it's quite irritating. good luck mate im sure it will be fine

if you get past the three miler you should be ok, when I done mine 11 people failed the three miler but no one failed any of the gym tests or bottom field

running at 14.4 will get you in bang on time, i put mine to 15 for the duration of the run and got 9:50.

This has been covered quite a bit, use the search button and you should get a good bit of info, i'v just been walking in mine then coming home and giving them a polish, but leave the polish on the boots and let it soak in, don't take it off, this helps.
