From what I can gather the training for some trades provide civilian recognised qualifications and therefore have been named "apprenticeships". I would also hazard a guess that a 3 year return of service will be expected, meaning that you will have to stay in the RAF for a further 3 years ...

I saw this actor on Saturday. Sporting the old style No.1's, full beard and a white shirt. They could have at least used an actor that was believable. But it is good that he received a positive response from Joe Public.

Get it done by your units tailor. Most have them.
We have got one but he only comes (no more funny comments :roll: ) once a fortnight, hes not here til next Monday and the presentation is the Monday after.
